Such a fun thing, isn't it? Being 16, I've already been through a lot. Proud owner of no cut marks on arm

Anyway, I was so close to asking this girl out tonight, known her for about 2 months, she's really something in terms of personality. So we were drinking away, and I was listening into chat.

Only to find out that she smokes. That pretty much was the salt in the wound. I have always gone against smoking, never even tried. But my instincts are telling me to ask her out. But... at the same time she smokes?!!!

Halp! Any suggestions what to do? My brain turned to mush...

Don't bother asking her out, once you date her you will find out how much smoking sucks and how much smokers suck. Being with one all the time is torture, they will smoke a lot, they always smell, and they have yellow teeth. Bad decision.

Sorry, this one's lost. You ever kiss a girl who smokes? Yuck. It's like licking an ashtray. If you really like her, tell her that you do but that you have a problem with her smoking. If she's worth having, she'll quit. If she doesn't, it's her loss not yours.

Seriously if she isn't prepared to stop, it's likely either you yourself will start because of her, or you will cut your tongue off so you can't taste the shit flavoured saliva in her mouth

Smoking isn’t that big a deal. Not to say it won’t kill you, but people/girlfriends who smoke don’t bother me. Just my opinion. But if your bothered by it, try and find a girl who doesn’t smoke. Simple as that, Or ask her if she's planning on quitting any time soon.

dont ask her out imo, but i am very very very against smoking, i classify anyone who smokes as a retard. im sure the majority of people who smoke are great people, and it doesnt affect your personality obviously, but i just dont understand how someone can inhale smoke....on purpose.
