I started Playing BF2 it was using the 1.3 Patch already. I hear so much about about the changes in the Patches.

My question is for the Guru's, Could someone please give me a breakdown of all the different Patches and what changes in them. Also curious on what was every ones favorite patch.

**This is for my own Education not to try different Patches**

dont some servers still use those old patches?

I currently have an original install along with my patched version....

I find 3 servers, 2 in the us with good ping (one 24/7 wake one 24/7 kark) and I think the other is a UK...(not sure cause I don't care,all I know is bad ping)


IMO is actually not TOO drastic the way some make it sound.

I guess most notable would be that wake isn't owned by the J10 (wake is SOOOO much better), you can jump while shotting, go prone in air easily, actualy throw c4(rather then dropping it forward like now), switch to the c4 detinator with out delay, change squads while dead, and cap flags with more then one person in a vehichle.
