G5, better imo

But the G5 has a cable so it's maybe better.

Has anyone tried the new G5 with the 2 side buttons, thinking about upgrading my old MX510.

G5. I use it and love it. Make sure to also get a good mouse pad. A metal one w/ a special material that makes the actual pad is amazing. Got one for under $20 (lil bit steap for a mouse pad) and it changes everything. Its just as important as the mouse.
