for those of you who have uploaded videos on youtube
I'm getting my first video up and its been saying "Connecting" (to youtube.com to upload the video)
for quite a while now
does it usually take this long or what?
Oh and how do you add a still picture?

it depends on the file size, even 100mb can take like 2 hours

most isp's have slower upload speeds than download, what is your upload and download speed?
