Cockpitshots only with M95?I don't think so!!

Hey,today I managed to shoot a guy out of the cockpit of the HIND,but the strange thing is:
I did it with a SVD!
And I'm sure that the guy was sitting in the cockpit because when I shot him the engines turned off.

Has that happened to anybody else here before?
Because to me it seems that the cockpitshot works with every sniperrifle,if the SVD can do it it should present no problem for the M24.

Hmm,anyone?

My brother wos saying the same thing yesterday. He wos waiting for a Cobra and saw a team mate get into the Blackhawk. Cos he wos getting bored waiting for the Cobra to spawn he decided to just practice his aiming on the pilot in the Blackhawk as it wos about to take-off.

The next thing that happened wos the bullet went through the cockpit window and it killed the pilot! And that WOSN'T with the M95 so my brother's reaction wos like WTF?!?!

Yeah right,that's why the guy got killed and the chopper didn't have a scratch....and what could 3 shots from a SVD possibly do to a chopper??

I definetely shot the guy out of the cockpit,he was still on the landing pad and my teammates took the chopper after I removed this guy out of the seat.

So,did I really hit the chopper and not the pilot?No way,Jose!!!

I dont think i've done it on the hind, but I know its possible to kill the blackhawk pilot with any weapon.
in fact, ive pistoled them out of it by shooting through the open doors into the back of their head.

Then I hopped in the blackhawk and hosed down the (enemy)carrier flight deck.
mwuahahahaha.

SRAW/Eryx can instant kill the gunner/pilot of an attack chopper if the rocket hits the cockpit's windshield. More effective than the M95 for sure.

that is so true, also the minigun of the black hawk can go through the wind shield too, i have been killed and i have killed people in that way
once i was hovering with the MI28 over the hotel flag in oman, and from nowhere a black hawk came and killed me with the minigun, my heli didn't exploted,instead started spining, i8 saw all that in my dead camera

You can shoot gunners out of attack choppers with the planes as well. Sometimes I will make 1 pass and kill the gunner then come back around and finish off the chopper.

As someone else who's been shot out of my seat as gunner in the mec attack chopper by a sraw it is true. Puzzled the heck out of me at the time. I have yet to replicate the feat myself though.
