He's right, but don't worry about it.  Around July 22, Intel is having HUGE price cuts.  That CPU you were looking at (I'm using it right now), imagine it $50 cheaper.  Go Intel because they're wiping the floor with AMD at the moment.  BTW, budget RAM is usually a bad idea.

The intel system would be my preference. Are you planning to use an alternate cpu cooler? (intel stock not brilliant)

possible i mean i have tons of cpu fans, but could u guys make recommendations on anything you see fit as long as it wont cost over 900 bux.

I was just using that exact pair of sticks and they were defective.  Gave me constant BSOD's (a computer builder's worst nightmare).  I assume I was just unlucky, but unless you can't find anything better than that, stay away from it.

Intel. Intel owns AMD. But AMD and ATI are coming out with shit real soon to kick Intel and Nvidias asses (supposedly). But I would go for the first one.

I have PC6400 G.E.I.L Come with a aluminium heatsink cover. costed me 110 euro's for 1 GB, but prices have been dropping lately.
