The unregulated herbal and alternative remedies industry kills people too.

At least with pharma they are regulated and lessons are learnt.

Rather than, as is the situation with herbal and alternatives, being allowed to go on selling utter bullshit to the vulnerable and the sick.

Don't get me wrong - I'm neither anti-herbal not pro-pharma. Both have their problems. Both need their acts cleaning up. Both are the victims of a few bad apples in otherwise good barrels.

I can drink any beer without a problem except Bud. got desparate a few years ago and ordered a Bud at a restaurant called The Boston in Seattle, 3 hours later I was empty. And it hurt.

Weird. You know, beer shouldn't have that effect, and in the UK it doesn't. At least, not that quickly, and not such small amounts.

One more reason why I'll never drink an American beer.

I will eat whole organic foods and nutritious stuff.
Maybe not, organic food prices are off the fucking charts!
I will lean towards a healthy diet.

I will try to maintain a good exercise program with my
