I got caps working again (As in to turn it off) But its almost stuck so i gotta be careful not to touch it by accident.
Unfortunately current members will inevitably leave, and with BF2 becoming less active as time goes by there will be less new members to replace them, and BF2s will unfortunately decline in terms of active members.
It can be remedied though, just change the site to BF3s etc etc as new Battlefield games come out. I myself, and I'm sure the same applies to a lot of members, found BF2s by looking for a BF2 forum and stats site. Therefore linking the site to any new BF games will provide, in a sense, free marketing. I'm sure Chuy will recognise this.

Chuy/Admins obviously know that BF2 won't last forever, so changes are in the process of being made.
