When you face an enemy in an open area, you shoot as fast as you can - standing up. Some people might try to go crouched if the distance is too far, in order to be stedier on the hand, but noone dives to the friggin ground, that would leave them helpless and they would´nt be able to aim for a good second & a half after hitting the ground = they would DIE.

Dive for cover is one thing, diving in order to aim better in close range is just ridiculous.

How is creating a glitch balanced gameplay? If the animation doesn't the players actions, HOW THE FUCK IS THAT BALANCED. Whoever does it first essentially has an invisible hit box for the time it takes for them to go prone. If thats your definition of balance, then you sir are a tard. I keep hearing all these comments on how bf2 is an Arcade shooter. Fine, fix the fucking glitches and make it that. All of you people in this thread who dont want it gone, well i guess I know who takes advantage of any and all glitches.

Get over the fact that you don't want your most important asset of prone glitching removed because god forbid you have to shoot back without some gimmick.

Considering how the hitbox bounces around, its a lot harder than say, them shooting me while they are inverted and rolling on the ground.

those aren't glitches.those are bad hitboxes,and BF2 is full of them.if you're just now realizing this then that's probably part of your problem.

Your right....15 second to come back to life after being sniped right in the face with a .50 IS unrealistic. Being revived with shock paddle through your body armor IS Unrealistic...Walking over a pack of health and having your 5 bullet wound disappear as soon as you touch the pack IS unrealistic.

First c4 tossing gets removed + no shooting while jumping, next comes lots of nerfs for vehicles, then bunnyhopping and dolphin diving gets slowed down.(over 3-4 patches how many times does it needs to be slowed down ffs) and then you can't destroy claymores/mines with explosives(yeah i see how dropping some claymores on a flag and then just wait for the kills is way better then c4 tossing /sarcasm)

the hitbox isn't invisible, its more like a box right underneath the nametag...

shooting people going prone is very easy, and when they're rolling its no harder to shoot them because you cannot adjust for the movement, but just aim at the head, and it will hit.

I don't get why people can't hit the roll, its no more difficult that hitting someone who goes from standing to prone, if not easier because of the wierd way that proning and standing works.  You just aim at the head, press mouse1, and they're dead, you're not

well,if they have any intelligence at all they aren't going to run out in the middle of the road and make a beeline towards you screaming "shoot me."half the time they can just toss it over walls,and if you meet them head on you have about .5 seconds to kill them or you're dead.

Well at the end of patch 1.12 i could do it so well that i didn't got any damage of the blast radius at all so maybe it was 'the thing' i liked to do at that time(i was such a karkand whore at that time ), but my problem is that they did removed c4 tossing but they made claymores/mines invincible and the just watch your step doesn't work when you have 6 of em at 1 flag and the 'not being able to toss c4 over a 10 inch fence' i don't get all the people that drove armor at that time where using way more tactics and being cautious now in karkand you just see em at 1 spot spawn killing the whole round long because they only have to worry about enemy armor and AT soldiers.(and AT isn't really a popular kit)
