I wish I had the photo of this restaurant in Christchurch which had it's sign reading "brassiere" instead of "brasserie." My Dad took it and sent it t the "Stuff-ups" section of Metro magazine. it was quickly changed.

They make food in China by boiling birds' nests to get the saliva the bird uses to hold the straw together. It's usually from swallows' nests though.
