I had that too, I was removed for 4 or 5 times in a row for no reason, without even saying I got kicked out!
Actually, one of the more interesting functions of the commander hack that i've seen is that not only can you remove commanders, but you can render it unavailable. You can keep applying, but it just never allows you, regardless of how long its been...

For your fun i can tell you teh truth, Hacker can force himself to be in any squad and also force himself to be squadleader and then he can kick you all (even enemy side(force team switch)) out of the squad... That is just so lame you know...

But yes, there is a hack where you can kick ppl from squads and demote Commanders..
