I've been on BT for about 5 years now and even though they aren't the cheapest, their service is second to none.

I'm on the 8mb package with a free home-hub and hub phone (gets you free calls thru your bb connection at certain times of day) I get virtually my full bandwidth speed even tho I'm miles from the exchange.

Personally I don't think you can beat them for product and service.
