Well, people are always asking me to join their teamspeak server in the middle of the game. I was wondering if it's possible to call up Teamspeak in the middle of the game, sort of like Xfire.

as far as i know no.
Alt+Tab
yes you can but you have to close the game by pressing alt control delete and then opening your team speak window .you don't have to quit the game.
Only way is to Alt+Tab. I hate alt-tabbing though because my computer sucks. But if yours is good enough, you could easily alt-tab while hiding somewhere or waiting to respawn.
