ummmmm... Im pretty sure he wasn't firing a missile AT that plane. I think he was setting up for a air to ground attack with a missile, and angled downward to fire, when an "enemy" jet came up underneath him. That's what I gather, plus it was a training exercise....thareaper254 wrote:

I could be entirely wrong, but I think that no one has Unmanned fighter jets...
What's wrong with shooting a missile at a manned aircraft? It could have been a paintball missile. Actually, I didn't hear him say he shot the missile at the aircraft he rammed into.thareaper254 wrote:

He didn't seem to concerned about the fireball so it would makes sense if the other craft were unmanned.
Well the area was populated so I doubt they would be shooting a missile at the ground. Plus, why would you shoot a missile while you are being chased? Only to kill the other jet.san4 wrote:
