SEATTLE — In another setback for Microsoft Corp.'s (MSFT) unprofitable entertainment and devices division, the company says it is planning to spend at least $1 billion to repair serious problems with its Xbox 360 video game console.

They are also extending the Guarantee on the 360 to 3 years, so if you have paid to get it repaired in the past you might be able to claim the money back.
