Well the story is that I've been working at my job for 3 years now... and i wanted badly my salary to go up.. so i talked with my department boss, we told me i was a good employee and that he will talk with he big boss for that

It took like 1 month, he told me okay I will probably get it...

But i never got it after 2 months... 2day i was like fuck that I'm going to see the big boss my self ! (this guy is fkin crazy, always have a neutral face, want everything to be perfect... blablabla) So i talked to him about it and after talking and talking he told me that he will give me like 1$ more per hour... I was pretty happy, so i thank him and go back to work...

2 min later, i hear on the intercom Andrew call the 201 ... (201 is the phone in his office) so I'm like WTF !!!! I call... and he tells me, Andrew i will finally give you 1.50$ more per hrs.

i was fkin happy... So all this to tell you if you want something go for it and you will have it !!!

$1.50 raise after 3 years? Screw that, you should have had $1.00 increase after the first year if you're worth anything to them. You should walk into the managers office and give him a swift kick in the balls for taking advantage of you.

Just make sure that you have another job lined up first.

9 I heard of sloppy seconds but this is ridiculous! We I guess you were in a good bargaining position since you've been working there for 3 years. I've considered started my own union at work to increase in the wages, but stopped the people are to dumb to strike and will end up turning up to shifts.

Yea but in those 3 years i had regulars salary raise ... but i wanted to be more payed this is why i asked for it and got 1.50$ more per hrs... wich is very good i think !

Hourly wages = fail, yeah? Anyone who says "i make $6 an hour" means that they don't earn a good yearly salary at all!

well 1.5$ per hour. If he works like 8 hours a day, it's 3120 a year extra (if he gets paid a 13th month, its more of course).
With 10 hours a day 3900 a year extra. (I think). (do you get paid on holidays?)
