Hello everybody this is my first ever post!

I have to agree with Jesse and Turtle. As you can tell, my vehicle of choice is the attack chopper. I fancy myself to be fairly good at taking out ground forces whether infantry or armor. The only thing that I REALY worry about is those fn jets!!! If the pilots on my team are busy strafing and bombing spawn points then I end up getting harrased by enemy jets I guess my point is this: IF YOU DRIVE JETS DONT BE SELFISH!

In closing I will point out that most competitive teams that win achive air superiority.

Happens almost every game. I get called a hacker or there are those people that don't say anything and just start trying to kickvote me. And then there are some games where I get complimented.

I don't do that kind of stuff. I just tell my team to kill those bleeping jets as fast as possible. Usually more than once.

Dude, it is so easy to just spray em or bomb em, bombs have huge splash and guns will take a guy down in 2 or three shots, so you dont need to run em over...

I wasn't suggesting that. But keeping them from bombing me is greatly appreciated. Besides which a competent enemy will not let you keep them grounded very long anyway. If their planes are too busy trying to evade your planes, that means I can kill that pesky tank guarding the flag my commander has ordered me to take a lot easier.

If you get a persistent j10 on you, then you have some trouble. A good pilot will take off his AA lock and use the guns on you. So you won't have your warning, and you will take damage from his guns when you level out. My beef with the jets, is the best way to avoid anything is a full-speed-afterburner-turn. No missiles can hit a jet in a full turn, guns are the pilots best friend. THey may take some practice, but they will decimate anything in the air, and anything thats not armor.

It is possible for the F35 to outturn the J10, but you have to know what your doing, and position yourself in a place to do so. Afterburners in a tight med-speed turn will send the butt of your jet out behind you, giving you a dramaticly tighter turn. If done right, you can go from seeing a J10 just on the edge of your screen, to having them in your Line of Gunfire.

Im not a big fan of the jets, because they are too easy when your not trouble'd by a Ace Pilot, and when you are trouble'd by a Pilot, then it gets too hard. In the reverse, if you are after someone else, and they are decent, it will take a while to get them, but you are prefectly safe from anything else, even the 2nd enemy jet because of the crappyness of AA missiles.

THe choopers are where its at. I like the coordination required to be effective. You are more of a target than the jets, and you have to use teamwork to be powerful. Not some solo 110 pt rampaging jet pilot on Wake THat being said, I prefer the MEC bomber over all the jets. It can shake the F35's, its got awesome power, and best of all, you have a J10 on your side to kill the other jets. I would consider myself above average pilot if anyone wants to have a dog fight. I like to be sneaky and cut under the bridges on Wake, go through the Tunnel on Kubra, etc.

I have spent the last couple weeks flying almost exclusively. My best round so far has been 50 and 2 in the air. I have the timing down on wake that I can make a couple passes of the carrier, take out any rougue choppers, and then snag some bombs to get back when the jet is trying to take off. I also leave my throttle full and save my after burners for dog fights and evading missiles.

I have a new love for planes.

Oh and to stay on topic The J-10 is impossible to shoot down with the 35-B.Ive been on both sides, and when i have a us fighter behind me i barely have to worry, i might not fly straight anymore, but some afterburner turns, rolls and loops will keep them off. Usually i even have time to kill infantry or, in wake them boats, whilst my pursuer is getting none. Sitting in a 35 i usually feel that i would be wasting the resource of the plane if i pursue a J-10 because i will only achieve that the plane will get a few kills less. I do go after private- lance corporal pilots though.

So, I'm a bit cocky, I have the skill to back it up. And yes, I am a very cautious flyer now. When I was(still am) learning, I'd get like 10 or 12 kills, and get too greedy and end up crashing into something. So now I take my time. I don't give a crap about SPM AT ALL. My stats are for me personally, and I think I'm doing fine, and that's all that matters.
Sure, if it's a good J10 pilot, you have NOTHING to worry about if there is a F35 on you. Unless of course the person knows how to use an F35. I don't care how cocky I sound, but I know my way around in an F35 pretty darn well(and I still have a lot to learn). It is very hard for somebody to lose me when I'm on their tail. I actually suck in J10s, I don't like them at all. If I'm chinese, I'll usually bail and grab an F35.

Saying that a F35 cant shoot down a J10 is bs. When I play wake and im US, it takes a great J10 pilot to escape harm. A good pilot will evade for a while, but they all make mistakes, and then they die. I will admit that loosing a J10 in a F35 is almost impossible, but its not impossible to bring them down.

Even if I get shot down, I know thy will be comming to spawn rape the carrier cause they like to boost their ego, so I hop in the R2D2 gun, and kill them before they get in bombing range, easy.

sorry for another post, but nodrak any good pilot can take down the essex emplacements without or barely taking any damage. To me its just another metal coffin for my enemies. Sure ive been shot down a couple times, but rarely so or when i foolishly fly straight on with flairs not available.

Sorry I'm not all uber 1337 like you, but the reason I don't have a great SPM for jets is probably because I don't spend all my time raping. I actually help my team like I've stated many times before. I spend most of my time looking for jets because I enjoy dogfighting. I've been DFing since BF1942 and I love it. I don't enjoy raping. Sure it's fun to every now and then swipe by the carrier and wing 4 or 5 guys, but I don't just sit there and go in circles shooting up the carrier and then go back for ammo rinse and repeat(I've maybe done this two or three times, but I got bored). And don't even deny it, that's what most of you uber 1337 pilots do.

Yes at beggining of the round i surely do, i kill boats , BH , strafe the essex. If the US manages to get a flag, when the ticket counter is like 170/80, i will bomb spotted tanks etc.

Indeed. Jets are always my #1 target. Then Attack helis, and then ground troops.

I play infantry, helos, armor too, and I really hate it when my team's pilots are too busy dropping their bombs on the targets I am apraoching, only to have the enemy jet bomb me as they are chasing our jet.
