Hey whenever my friend tries to open firefox an error message comes up that says 404 not found or whatever. But he is able to connect to AIM just fine. And he also gets the error message on IE also. Any ideas?

make sure he's not got firefox blocked by the firewall, i had it blocked and firefox would just make the pc crash after a couple of minutes.
