And the fact that you have DDR-400 should be no hindrance. The FSB won't support much more anyhow.

Same GPU and a higher CPU and you get 85+ without trying.
Hence the bottlenecking caused by his CPU (why is this so hard to get though?)

wich GPU are you using? I bet dual 8850GX2...
my old AMD X2 4800+ with dual 7900GTX was only able to steam around 120 FPS in maxxed.

And no, you cant check your average fps in a jet at 5.000 meters, nor on a empty server!

Slayer we all know you have one of the best PCs available. It's not like an extra 30fps makes a difference when its already above 100. Try playing on my PC then you'll wander what ever made you want to get and extra 10 fps to make it up to 130.

no wrong! I cant stand it when people compare apple to pines! When I post my fps of any games in here Im talking about gameplay fps, on populated servers in diffrent settings.
And when I say my rig goes around 140-150 with highend stuff, my other system highend GPUs and a weaker CPU goes for 120-130 I wont believe that way worse systems will run any similar!

erm no you want to look at your CPU activitiy while you're playing (not closing BF2 to have a look), alt tab out or look at CPU activity logs.
Bottlenecked, lol....
I would suggest putting another bit of ram in so its dual channel, 3.ghz single core well yeah you can go higher but not high enough to justify buying another processor.
