If it's entire actual gameplay footage does this mean we get to gun in Cobras?
Yes from what i've heard, you sit in the gunner seat and take control of the weapons, no actual flight, dont have a source for it, but as a rumor combined with previous COD vehicle gameplay, its a safe assumptionHurricane wrote:

Its not a AH-1Z that you will gun in, it's a AC-130.
Oh.
Damn.
Damn.
No, I read both. You'll take the gun seat in an AC-130 and in a Cobra Attack Choppah.
Both?The_Mac wrote:

Yeah. What I've read/heard from the devs.
No I mean "both" as in "read both".The_Mac wrote:

Awesome.
So what's your point, other than being a smartass?Commie Killer wrote:

Now that is what I call "Call Of Duty".
Damn that Atomic Bomb... Eat me alive! Damn! And I think I saw a shotgun in there...

He thinks you read 2 things, instead of reading about both helisThe_Mac wrote:

AC-130 is a fixed wing huge ass gunship; its the KC-130 but modified with guns. AH-1Z has a gunner seat which some missions will put you in.
I have read and heard both those things. As in, they're confirmed. Is that clearer?

Looks dumb to me. It was a mistake moving on to modern combat so suddenly, especially with such a phony sounding storyline.
BF2 was better storywise, and Battlefield has never portrayed itself as realistic, unlike CoD

Did somebody say...Spectre?

As far as multiplayer, I'm not particularly looking forward to it, but I'm sure I'll play it some. Single player looks great.

I suppose so. BF2 has better MP than this game will, but it does look interesting. The story line is more single player oriented, and in all honesty, it sounds shitty. For a single player campaign anyway. Battlefield 2's was much better in that regard.
Still, it should be interesting checking it out. I think I'd like a game that's a cross between Call of Duty, Armed Assault, and Battlefield 2.
In this respect: Cinematic type battles/customization, realism and an assortment of of arms and vehicles, different sides with different vehicles/weapons that should play differently than each other. Also, Armed Assault had very big, massive maps, but BF2 had more visually appealing and more (apparently thought out maps in that respect.

Really? One of CoD's main strength's was its singleplayer campaign.The_Mac wrote:

The paradox is only a conflict between reality and your feeling what reality ought to be.

russian spetsnaz ftw, i hope they are the good guys in the story line
BF2 doesn't have a single player storyline, unless you think " Americans have to kill the Arabs who are threatening an oil supply!" is a novel.The_Mac wrote:

They will be in singleplayer, and you will be able to call them in on multiplayer to gun down some enemies, if u get a 7 kill streak.Hurricane wrote:

That's not what I was saying. I was saying I liked how the story was that you weren't just fighting some random terrorists, but a dedicated Arab force. You weren't just fighting them but the Chinese as well.

I know. I said it was one of its strengths - it made it an excellent game.The_Mac wrote:

And I never said anything to the contrary.
