I'm thinking of getting a new game for my 360 and i'm wondering if Oblivion would be worthwhile. The reveiws say it is good, but I want some first hand opinion. What do you guys think?
Its a great game, one of the best I have ever played. There are so many things to do and so many places to go. The only drawback for me was that when I got towards the end of the game, i started to feel like the game play was getting repetitive. But then there are the expansion packs so it keeps things lively. Is it worth the money...hell yes. Even though HL2 is an awesome game, the new chapters can be completed in one day. But with Oblivion....well, lets say I am still playing and there are still tons of things to do. Tons of content and definitely worth the money.

Its a very good game well worth the money just make sure when you start questing that you look up something on quest conflicts so you dont F yourself by doing a quest before one that will conflict with it. But all in all its an awsome game especially on a big ass HD tv.
Check other games, or search to use one of the 100 other topics regarding the matter.
However to save time, its great. And you should go for the PC version if your computer is up to it because of the excellent mod support.

I've got it for my PS3, and it's quite nice to play that gorgeous game on a 30" HDTV. If you don't care about mods, then get it for your 360. I haven't had a problem yet with not being able to use a mod.
Remember Me As A Time Of Day
PS2 version comes with some of the expansions right, KOTN I believe, Maybe SI, but I can't remember for sure.
Any way, I have it for PC, after playing ES3:Morrowind, I bought ESIV:Oblivion the day it was released and have enjoyed it ever since.
