Hi, i just have a little (BIG) problem with bf2:

While i play (on whatever server) and i have pings such as 15-20, i have a strange "LAG" effect

when i run, for example, i see the picture of my weapon "clicking" between the "normal" position and the running position!
Sometimes when i reload the weapon reloads TWO times, because the game "lags" on the first reload
Same when i go prone... i try to stand up again but i have to click 2-3 times the jump button, because it stands up and "LAGS" back to prone (in less than 1 microsecond)

i hope you can understand....
i need help!!

I have a dual core duo e6300 with 2 gb ram and grfo 7950gt.... i think this game should run at 200 fps without any lag with this configuration..
(internet service : ADSL, everything works fine with the line)

PS: I already tried to deactivate voip, and it still does this error...

HELP

actually the game is capped at 100fps . you can unlock it through console but it really still is only 100. 4 words, adsl sucks for gaming, at least packet wise, the low (really Low) upload of standard adsl causes alot of lost packets, so your ping may be low but data sent to server (IE you pressing reload) can get lost in translation per say. if you can get ultra high speed adsl do it, i went from 1.5 2.5, not much difference, then to 6mbps with 1 meg upload and havent had a prob since.

You can go to dslreports.com and do a speed test to check your Internet connection speed.  I would also recommend checking your driver for you video card.

You need atlest ADSL 1024/512 to play lag free. best 2048/1024 then you are sure you are lag free, if any lag is showing then think about Server lag maybe GFX driver re-install.
Or the sad story like RE-install BF2 with patch 1.41. then install SF patch again. install EF & AF and patch again...
Make a Defrag of your System! aften any installation. make A full Defrag allso with the checkdisk feature.

Be sure that your ISP dont route your traffic oversea or by satelite or to other contries. If they do one of those 3, then you will never get a good ADSL line to play on.
Quilbo You can play on European servers just like me.

Exp. here in Denmark we have had an ISP that routeted all traffic down to France, and back to danmark. Ping time on any France located server was around 20-25% better then any danish located server. So make sure that your ISP have a propper connection before bashing you CPU or RAM in to little Atoms.

i Have almost the same sys specs. I play with every thing High AA x4 with a ping time around 10-25 on danish servers EU servers upto 60 in ping time, still able to play lag free.
GFX driver : version 7.15.11.5824 update your GFX to this i have exact same GFX card as you.

i know you can find alot of usefull info, this is just some of it, i hope you can use some if it or some one else can

what resolution are you running at? it can be graphics lag if you have it at a high resolution, those cards are becoming outdated at this point, and if you have a high res it will seem to lag but your ping will not be affected.

could be a dual core thing. the AMD chips have some problems similar to what you describe. there are dual core optomizers that will help if that is the case. check the intel site.

i can't think this is a graphic matter.... you know the double reload things... how could vga affect this?

Btw, Danorge thanks but, where did u find "GFX driver : version 7.15.11.5824 update your GFX to this i have exact same GFX card as you."
i have 94.24 forceware from nvidia site

anyway i did some speed tests, and im gonna kick my provider's ass, i have almost 1400 in download and 100 in up... i pay for a 6000 in down and 1000 in up..
im gonna feck them from behind.
