Vista I/O error 103

Hello.
I was wondering if anyone here has experienced this error in vista.

It is an error with my keyboard. It works great on my (admin) account but my wife's user account is giving this error whenever she makes a keystroke.

It started to happen after I turned on and then back off the UAC.

Any help w/ this would be cooool

Haven't experienced this myself, but it might be worth re-enabling, and the re-disabling UAC again... stupid things like this work wonders

What keyboard? Could the drivers for it be installed on administrator user only?

Just a basic keyboard. If it's admin use only, I do not know how to change that. It did work fine before I messed w/ the UAC.
I will try doing the UAC thing again though.
