No. It's dx9 but should work ok with Vista.

The 7500LE cannot support DX10, only the 8800 series can.

is 7500 le ok? i just bought a new comp amd 64 bit 2.2 ghz 1 gb ram 533mhz 7500 le,but its some time lacking..? im not sure if its the graphic or the processor thats to small. what do you think
a 7500 is terrible for 3D. While your CPU isn't the best, its decent

it can't, 7500 is a dx9 card and so it can't display dx10.

No, it probably has something to do with his name. And you will be able to run Vista, but your card will not fully support it. Get an 8500GT! (very cheap)
Only Nvidia Gefore 8*** series and ATI Radeon X2*** series can handle DX 10 applications so far! But Vista will run on your card.
