Just simply not that great.

BG poorly cut out and PS'ed.

Border poorly applicated showing that instead on using a tool you tried to paintbrush it in.

Text has a poor effect put on it.

No over-all effects such as lighting or filters of the such.

Read some tutorials on PS.

No offense meant (well, no SERIOUS offense meant.)

EDIT: Another thing. Your name says [REB] in the beginning, indicating you are a rebel, but yet you still manage to have a "Union flag" in the BG. Not to mention I have no clue what "Qrite" is.

9/10 for yours, it's great, the yellow text boarder works really well, love the flame reflections, maybe the text could be a different font or centred in the box. Looks like it's sloping too.

oh, but 2/10 really because of your useless rating method!
