BF2S Forums Teamwork Score

1st number from left is your global score, 2nd one is your teamwork score and 3rd one is your kills. And you raise your teamwork score when you capture flag, when you assist capturing flag, when you kill assist, when you be in vehicle and some one in vehicle kill some one (driver kill assists), when you heal or revive some one, when you give ammo for some one and when you repair teammate's vehicle or commander's staff.
