in all honesty, do i need a gaming keyboard to better my playing? no because it won't. i perform at the level i do mainly because of how much i play. however, that's not to say i don't love my razer tarantula and its amazing flashiness, but you honestly don't find yourself using programmable keys and profile settings for BF2. however if you decided to pick up WoW on your downtime at your office like myself, i find it very useful. other than that, the razer has the fastest response time for any keyboard. only downside is the fact it requires TWO usb ports to run at that high speed, one usb to run it and one to run the response time.

good luck man

i have the wolf-claw combat edition and i'm very happy with it.  Here's a review of the non-combat edition:

i didn't like the fell for the MERC keyboards - the keys on the wolf-claw just felt better to me.

Ugh... The ZBoards are toys ffs! G15 are for more mature people -.-
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
