if you need to buy computer shit, go to an online store like newegg.com, or at least go to CompUSA. or Fry's.

but still, its a decent card and can do a lot. you could have EASILY gotten an 8800GTS 320MB for that price, and thats an immensely better card.

Well that was a poor buy. I bought a 7900gs 512mb brand new for half the price.

Well, yes, but believe it or not, a 8600 GTS OC is far superior, scoring higher on many benchmarks

yep we asked 1 of the guys at the geek squad lol if the 7900gs 512mb or the 8800gts 256mb was better and they said 8800gts was the best u could buy in the store
