Arlight as you can see in my snapshot I took of my current stats, I have well over the needed 20,000 Global Score for Master Sergeant, which I currently am. In order to be promoted to First Sergeant you have to have received the following badges:

Basic Knife Combat Badge
Basic Pistol Combat Badge
Basic Assault Combat Badge
Basic Anti-tank Combat Badge
Basic Sniper Combat Badge
Basic Spec Ops Combat Badge
Basic Support Combat Badge
Basic Engineer Combat Badge
Basic Medic Combat Badge

As you can see by the snapshot, I have all of these. Some of them even in the Verteran rank. So my question is, why in the crap am I not a First Sergeant!?!?!?!?

You did not provide your Nick/PID. I'm not going to bother trying to find it.

I am 100% certain you were missing a required Badge, WHEN YOU REACHED 20K. NOT AFTER!

This is an old issue, that a SIMPLE SEARCH could have answered.

i would just play another FULL round and wait for it. make sure u stay in the room. sometimes it doesnt count it depending on the server i hear

umm... did you have all the badges before you got to 20K global points. because im guessing you took these stats reciently because i dont think you can get up to 27,000 points in a few days unless you played like all the time. but in order to become First Sergent you need to have all the required badges before for you reach 20K. im sure you knew that but incase you didnt that is why.

Because you did not have your basic combat support, basic knife and your basic pistol before you got 20,000 points. So know your stuck as a Master Sergeant.
