i doubt your RAM could handle everything on high if you're computer doesn't get reformatted every other month, i'd get 2 gigs of mush ram off whatever the european equivalent of newegg is...

Or gather up some money and buy an extra 120mm fan, or check if the heatsink on your card is secured.

I have a bad habit of never turning off my computer. The problem was cooling. I turned it off for the night and it was perfect the next day
