Finally got it. Just had to post it here because I worked my ass off for it and almost broke my keyboard trying to.
The gay thing was that, by the end of the round in the screenshot, I had obtained 37 C4 kills but was not awarded the expert Good I have it now because after the new patch it will be IMPOSSIBLE.

Gratz, I had a ton of fun getting Expert. In the round I got it, I think I blew up the same two people in the tank (must have been friends, one was always driving with the other a gunner) about 8 times. They started to swear after the 6th blowup.

Believe it or not, mine went up 0.02 after i got it XD. even though i suicided most of the time, just try to get two with one C4, i got mine on wakeisland but i think karkand would be the best to get it
