FUCKING HP(srry but i have to let loos my agresion)

hey

well i called fucking hp and about my PC, it was missing paint because i deinstaled it(not on purpose) i ask them to get it back without install CD and thay sed: there is a PC recovery thing in your PC and whit that you can make your PC "Microsoft clean"(all Microsoft shit like it was when you buyed it) without losing ANY of your documents, i sed oke and then i did that, all my documents(and personal pics) are now gone, and only the things that didn't disappear where C:\ but i have to reinstall all the shit, i cant install Microsoft .net frameworks 2.0 and 3.0 because 2 says that there is an error and 3.0 has a internal error so i cant run it(i re-downloaded it 10 times)

sorry about all the anger but i had to get chill(i light a cigarette on the dead of HP)

I had an HP once, never again!!!!! it was the single worst nightmare computer experience I ever had.

One was all it took to never buy another again. I had a few Dells after that and was pretty happy...still not satisfied. The last two I had were custom built. One built for me in a trade and the one I am currently on, I built myself.....a lot of computer for little money.

Not sure what you mean, but in mine after the recovery, it had all my old document foldersfrom previous accounts, but I couldnt access them, considering it would do the same thing if you reinstalled windows over a previous copy(which ive done before). You screwed yourself the moment you deleted paint, not HPs fault, nothing they can do about that.
