So i've been playing singleplayer a lot since my internet fails, but when you select "Co-op" w/bots and stuff you can't choose to have it IO

is there a download to get this? or am i just failing at life and missing something huge?

even if you change the settings to IO, in the loading screen it will say the server is IO and there are still vehicles.

No, you can't play singleplayer IO, only with vehicles

Seems possible.

My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default

open serversettings.con in Notepad and set novehicls 0
to novehicls 1

Then - and this is the important part - set the file to Read Only.

it worked, but now no bots spawn in multiplayer....

and it doesn't work for Co-op... wtf?

you can always download IO custom maps....pretty cool cause you can always play a new map.

That actually worked for me.  I tried it out a few days ago and it does work.  It even takes away the arty's.
