I was helo-whoring cos i finally found a good pilot and we got a huge load of points..we were 1st and 3rd in the US rankings. Then i get kicked for "TEAMKILLING!!!!!!!!!". I was like 'wtf i didnt touch a friendly in the whole round!'. I come back pissed off a minute later and ask who the admin was that kicked me. no owning up, but it was apparent that the other team was getting tired of seeing me in the chopper. I was already in the helo again so i thought that id stop once i died again. the round ended before this happend. next map was sharqi, on of my favs for sniping, so no whoring here. I get like 5 kills with the thing on enemy snipers on the crane and then i get a message "TAHADAR, you have reached your TK limit on this server. If you dont like us, go somewhere else" or sum BS like tht. Again, i didnt TK a single person, i'm 100% sure of this. So whats their problem? An ID mix-up (i HIGHLY doubt that) or a nazi admin thats tired of dieing??? Anyways now its back to the laggy zboard servers if i want ever want a 30-on-30 game but id rather not be a server with an asshat admin

I was kicked in similar fashion a couples weeks ago. I was flying the SU34 in Dagging Oilfields and the enemy jets couldn't bring me down. Everytime I flew over my base to rearm I could see three guys standing in the hanger doing the "Mine, Mine, Mine" thing waiting for the plane when I went down. Well I never went down and when I had 35-0 and they figured out I wasn't going to die anytime soon, they banned me for TK'ing.
WTF, I got the damn Good Conduct Metal in that round for Christs sake, I never TK'd anyone. It was a perminent ban BTW not a PB round ban so I know it was some power hungry admin who just wanted my plane.

Ive played on that server, nearly everyday the past couple days now, havent seen any such childish behaviour yet, guess all to do is to find nice server with nice ppl and admins:)

Well, I wouldn't have believed it until today...same thing happened...had, like 45 points, 3 deaths, was doing well...hadn't had a TK in several rounds and the one was the result of my vehicle blowing with a passenger...then all of the sudden I was banned...?!
EDIT: To their credit, the Filthy 13 forum has a banned topic, to which I posted and received a very prompt response. It sounds to me like they may be having occasional problems with PB auto-kick.

Me and a friend of mine were both kicked from that server for "hacking". They didnt like us killing 60-80 people a round in a helicopter i guess.

there should be a paragraph in EA's Terms of Service with restrictions or requirements for being an admin (like 16+ / IQ higher than 50 etc.) imho...

Sad thing is: without those 13yo admins with the average IQ being lower than that of a loaf of white bread, there would be considerably less servers out there. Sad thing is, that most people have too much of a life to go and rent a server for themselves. Some clans do that and some of them have sponsors... but consider how many spoiled brats get the money they contribute to those servers from their parents because they are glad, the genetic accident of an offspring is occupied and off their backs?xaven wrote:

I got banned from that server because I was leading a round. Said I was Tking, but I didn't even have a negative score. I really liked that server too.
Well I never played on their server, not to my knowledge anyway. I usually jump around servers until I find one I like...usually a very populated one. But anyway, why not just stop playing at their server and find another one just as good? And if it is not too populated, let the good ppl in the forum know about it so we can play there as well. Since I never played at their server, I don't know how good their servers are. I know I played on some bad ones. But last time I checked, there were about 500-1000 servers out there. So try some out and let us know if any one of you guys find a good one. I am always in a look out for a good server with some mature ppl to game with. Just my two bits.
I have been banned from a server for teamkilling and the only thing eve close to resembling a TK I did was team damage the previous round. Sometimes these things confuse me, but bottom line is go find another one. If it is really unjust and you have a good reason to want to play there, then email the server admins and beg them to let you back on.
Well im no pro at this game, but i have played on said server and never had any problems. I'll try and play a little better there and see what happens to start an experiment of sorts.
