I searched, and didn't find this exactly, although there are naturally a lot of references to the 22/7 cuts. Anyway, these appear to be the final pricings of Intel's current processors and their newest releases.

Looks excellent, I think I'll have to get a E6750.

EDIT: And the quad cores.

Think Cyborg did this a little while back, different chart tho, anyway I want to call attention to a slight detail here.

Why, are they not reducing the price of the 1066 chips even further?  According to those prices I can buy an E6750, for the same as a slower E6420/E6400.  Who the hell is going to buy the slower one for the same cash

Or failing that, save myself $20 and buy a faster E6550 over the E6400.

I assume they dont plan on shifting there old stock?

Might venture into a quad myself

Pretty cheap stuff. I'm not familiar with CPU's

Are there huge differences in the £70 and the £115 ones?

How could I pass on the opportunity to get a quad core cpu for under $300 bucks? I may have to get off my lazy ass and work some overtime next week to get me one of those Q6600s.

Twice as much cache, and a slightly faster clock speed.

You lucky bastard, you are allowed to upgrade your computer.

How come the E6600 cost more than E6750?

No, it's not that.
They just say no to everything I ask them.

"Can I get a new mobo Mom?"
"No, it's a waste of money."

"Well, maybe a new processor? They are cheap now."
"No. You can't buy a processor."

Less cache = better overclock.

Anyone got the official prices in euros?
Might be closer to the actual prices we'll see in Finland than the $ and £.

Won't make much of a difference... Steppings are important as well.

An E6550 would be equivalent to that probably! It is 2.5GHz (I think?) and can easily be overclocked to 3GHz, and has 4MB L2 Cache.

I've already ordered my new comp for pick up on the 23rd. Q6600, 2Gb 800 RAM, 8800 GTS, 22 inch widescreen and 650psu. Apparently the processor is 6 times faster than my current one.

2.33Ghz. It'll rape the AMD stuff.
