Why is it that people cry "it's a woman's body, she should be free to make her own decisions" when they support abortion, but they don't scream "it's a woman's body, she should be free to make her own decisions" when they're talking about stripping or prostitution?

I like politicians who are human, i.e. do not claim to be eternally God loving, celibate, clean-living automatons. What I hate is hypocritical politicians who try and take the moral high ground while going out and doing the very things he criticises people for ...his political career should be over.
