im no engineer, but i dont like those semi-auto guns, the ammo runs out too soon, its murder to reload while in a fight and it just doesn't FEEL like a shotgun...
so, by far, pump action does the job (especially the remington), but the DAO-12 is better than the mp5 and the like.
but my favourite, because im more im a rifle person, is the f2000, the accuracy isn't the best but it makes up for it with the GL.

This is about Engineer weapons. The F2000 is Assault, and the MP5 and DAO are AT guns.
On top of that, ALL the Engineer weapons are semi-auto except for the MP7 and MK3A1. So you mean you don't like the SMGs?

The Jackhammer's a piece of shit- It does not compare to either USMC or Chinas pump action,
Ive gotten massive kill streaks on foot with those bad boys.

Consider ammo- you spend half your clip, and waste the shells reloding, (jackhammer)
                       - Old shotties are shell by shell,   and im NOT SURE but i think you can hit 2  reloding half way through and then hit 3 again and have some shells loaded? Very handy for desperate times
