Germany did better than any other country in history (that I can think of). Besides the unprecedented financial help they also outlawed the ideology that led to the holocaust in the first place. Even though these Second Generation Holocaust Survivors are demanding financial help for "medical" treatment, a settlement with them will just open a window for further law suits. This one is like a probe to see will it work.

Well... what we're seeing here is GREED in it's most basest form. Way to cash in on your parent's suffering. I don't understand how they think they merit compensation from the Germans when they themselves were born years after the Holocaust ended. I can't make heads nor tails of this. Does this mean that whenever some one endures something unpleasant their KIDS are entitled to some kind of reward?

It was one guy who managed to rally up a whole country. People do a lot of bad things when under orders - this has been proven through a particularly famous psychological test by a guy named Milgram.

no, certainly not. I did not do anything to anyone. I know that was not exactly the brightest part in german history but I'm sick of people trying to put the blame on me and my generation for something that happend during my grandfathers generation. I am NOT responsible for this and I'm already doing enough already by being politically active to stop something like this from happening ever again in german history.
i shall sue the french government for causing the battle of hastings as i believe i am a descendant of king harold and his death during the battle has mentally scarred me for life so much so that i need to buy a new pc and amazing tv every year that i live for.
