When you're a medic next time and you see a critically wounded soldier on the ground, just take out your defibrillators and just stare down at the body. Just don't even revive him. Just stare at the body and let him wait for the whole 15 seconds or whatever the respawn time is.

I like when a lot of my team is medics. I hate when I snipe, and it's me and a medic. It's like playing whackamole. He pops up, only his head is showing, yet somehow I dont get the headshot, just reg hit. He heals, and we play all over again.
