operation smoke screen is a map in the EF pack.
m95 test is probably testing the accuracy adjustments in the new patch.
its a different version, so you cant play. perhaps its testers playing in the servers checking them out.

Hmm... they don't have a stats page.
They're more than likely Employees testing the patch and the boosterpack. And rather than getting ahead of everyone in their stats(which would be sort of wrong) They have made temporary accounts(probably specially made so that they won't have stats recorded for public viewing) to see if everything is working fine.
