I don't know why, but in the menu of Project Reality, whenever I click on a server I CTD. Then, I try Vanilla and as soon as I log in, I CTD.

Update with newest video drivers, update punkbuster, last resort uninstall game reinstall game and also update DX drivers
When you are looking for a PR server, make sure it actually says "0.6" in it. For some reason 0.5 servers show even with the filters, and I keep CTDing too. I still CTD occasionally, but not as much.
Do you use XFire by chance? XFire has been crashing a lot of my games recently including some Source games. I know they update it constantly, but it is still a possibility, lots of old school IE code running with that crap program...
Be sure you're patched up to the same patch as the server.
