Yeah its not as good as it used to be....but you still can just barely get it over.

It was never fixed same for dolphin diving. Both just require more skill to do it.
Double tap prown in the air and you can dolphin dive.
Prown to crouch doesn't have a time delay. Only from Prown to Stand.
Jump and throw at the same time can be done with C4, same with the instant detonation trick.
Argh, i tried this several times online today and i just kept getting detonator lag where my soldier decided that he didnt really want to get the detonator out after all and instead place another pack of C4 at his feet. At which point the guy i was trying to C4 had shot me.
