Kennedy - Although one could argue he did not get much accomplished in his presidency, I'd say he was the initiative for Civil Rights Reforms. LBJ used Kennedy's enormous popularity after his death to accomplish the things that Kennedy himself wanted to accomplish. Plus, I went to "John F. Kennedy Elementary School" () and "Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country" one of my favorite quotes.
