There have already been enough votes for Eisenhower to explain why I'd choose him.

Kennedy - Although one could argue he did not get much accomplished in his presidency, I'd say he was the initiative for Civil Rights Reforms. LBJ used Kennedy's enormous popularity after his death to accomplish the things that Kennedy himself wanted to accomplish. Plus, I went to "John F. Kennedy Elementary School"  () and "Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country" one of my favorite quotes.

Huh?  I mean, you have some very strange ideas of history.  Kennedy did NOTHING to take nukes out of Turkey.  The SALT 2 treaty banned medium range nuclear missiles from the euopean theater, and that was Reagan.  Oh, that treaty did not say anything about free-fall bombs, however.  There is nothing that says we can't have free-fall nuclear bombs in Turkey.

On the other hand, perhaps you meant that we got them and kept them out of CUBA.  For that, he does deserve props.  And you really have to admire the whole PT109 thing.

...saving the world?  Okay, I begin to sense some sarcasm.
