So me and my woman decided we wanted to enjoy some quality porn and decided to get a month subscription to TEN.com. Apparantly TEN does thier transactions through a site called Epoch. Epoch just happens to be the worst comapny on the face of the planet as you can tell by the following conversation I had with one of their "techs".
