Updating almost whole computer

This is what I'm going to save:
GPU: Radeon X1800XT 512 MB
PSU: Antec NeoHE 380W
Of course keyboard, mice, screen and speakers.

What I am going to get:
Motherboard: ASUS P5K - 127 €, 85.35 £ , 175.30 $
Memory: 2 GB DDR2 ?
Case: Antec P182 - 127 €, 85.35 £ , 175.30 $ (Yeah it's the same price)

Then I also need processor, maybe Intel?

Intels got a powerhouse going with the C2Ds so if your looking for the best performence currently their your people, however AMd isnt to bad, their processers are pretty good, and their pretty cheap too.

i would suggest a new PSU as well...im doubtful you can run all the stuff you will want to off a 380W. look for something in the 500W range with dual 12v rails.

You are going to want to upgrade that PSU. It's dodgy even running that with an X1800XT! Upgrade it to at least 450W. Your new motherboard seems fine, any get the fastest CPU that you can afford. As for your RAM, go with some Corsair XMS2 or OCZ XTC DDR2! (PC2-6400 / 800MHz).

Ocz and Cosair are both good brands, but theres plently of brands out there just as great that you dont really hear about, so shop around and read reviews, buying just for a brand name isnt onna get you the best deal, however go with DDR2 800, well worth the investment.
