Hey guys!

I'm new to the forums. I have never bothered registering to the forums before even though I've been reading these forums for a few months now. I never thought I would want to post something here but something happened to me on a server and I thought I would share it with you.

Basically, it happened on a 64 players karkand server. At the beginning, the server was full but everyone disconnected or got kicked because a few (maybe 5) hackers were having fun on it. I managed to find one of them and I took a few screenshots of him hacking.

His hack wasn't like a Wallhack or an Aimbot. It was turning his Spec Ops gun into a massive explosive bullets gun. Well, I will let the screenshots show you that

Well ATL_Troy184 is the person shooting towards the trees.... the explosions under the trees are from his gun

I think what hes saying is when the bullets impact, they explode as if they are a block of C4, looks that way anyways.

Hi, and welcome to the forums! I've never seen that hack before. It could just be c4 blowing up at that U.S. spawn point but look at the giant explosion from in front of the MEC guy. That doesn't come from a carbine.

It is impossible to make a hack with exploding bullets unless you mod server files.

It is impossible to make a hack with exploding bullets unless you mod server files.

I don't know how they did that. I also thought it wasn't possible to do that kind of stuff. That's why I thought that hack deserved a topic here.

I didn't even know they had forums. Well I might go there and see if there's any reports about this kind of hacks or server files modifications.

Btw, if you look at the screenshots closely, you'll see that someone on the server (not me of course since he's on the other team) also accused them (I told you there were many hackers) of hacking.

that =PRIC= SuziesGiantVag was also one of the hackers I guess. If you check his stats, you'll see it's a brand new account. I guess he made it just to have fun without having his main account reset.

Eh... I'm not sure either do they have, but e-mail some of the guys there. And I did see someone else accused them... Don't know, I've never heard about hacks like that.

Any way it goes, there is no definitive proof in the screenshots. It looks to be a server-side mod, more than anything else.

That stuff can be done through the server, as said above. I remember MSX hacks appearing many times on the scoreboard.

Yeah I agree, it could be a server-side mod... Though why would some guys be able to do that and why would the "hacker" or the "admin" in this situation (since he has modified the server's files) would get banned from his server for name violation? That's weird I guess.

I can hardly think this is a hack but something else like C4 och arty shells. What you see on your screen is what is in your computer. If you see someone shooting with a gun and the result is big blast as from C4 or arty, that hack is also on you computer.

Nope if thats the case its not legal. Do you remember the ip/name of the server?

Anyways weird stuff. If it was a hack, it would be a real dumb one cause its very easy to spot ingame. Most hacks are much harder to spot. Sounds like someone has been screwing with the server files to get a gun to shoot like a nade laucher/whatever explosive round it was shooting.
