Some Dick stole my phone on Friday night. Now in a normal situation I'd just ring them up and tell them to resend me a sim but I'm not I'm not in a normal situation.

The sim I had was on O2 on contract. A friend of a friend works at a company and he gets to have 6 contract phones for work and only needs 5. So he gave me one a few months back and now I don't have it. I'm wondering if I ring O2 up what Info I'll need to give them. The guy is on holiday so he can't ring them to get me one. I don't have his cred card info, or his address. I have the sim card number and that's it, so if I ring them up will that be enough?

Doubt it, usually you need to give full name, address, password and then if its the company paying they'll need to get involved. Just get a Pay As You Go sim card until he comes back.

I'll bring the beer. Someone stole my smartphone few months ago, full of porn. The provider sent it a command that completely fragged the whole thing, sim, memory, SD card the works. So if I cant thwap one out with it, no one can!

Seriously jord call your mate up and ask for the his address and stuff you need to cancel that shit before they make sex lines calls. Unless you have like some sort of evidence proving when the theft was made.
