Wouldnt the black hawk be better if rope could be deployed out of it and slide down, instead of jumping and hurting yourself, it also adds realism to the game.
yeah that would be a good idea.
they could assign G to deploy the rope while sitting in the gunners seats. then slide down the the ground.

you mean like zip-lining
i suppose but then you would have to address every other vehicle as well - BF2 IS NOT A SIMULATION PEOPLE
its only meant to be familiar to us - not hardcore realistic
Armed Assault will be what you are looking for when it ships in May - it will be awesome

you know what else adds realism? helicopters getting destroyed by a direct hit from a tank shell.
right now i think it takes at least three shells to bring down a blackhawk.

It should be like the BH in Operation Flashpoint (great game, anyone wanna back me up!?) and have unguided rockets. But only on some maps, Its good enough on Mashtuure!!!
yeah but think about it, in war u dont see troops jumping out and trying to deploy their shute, in the next patch this should be added .
Operation Flashpoint is awesomeness!!! Armed Assault will be amazing tooJepeto87 wrote:

It would have made more sense in Special Forces if the Hinds counterpart had been an rocket armed Blackhawk - the teasers for bf2 showed that a model existed
I wanted to attach my grappling hook to the bottom of a halicopter in SF but on the levels with helicopters there were no grappling hooks (from what i tested). If you could attach one to say the bottom of a blackhawk you could have 3 or 4 ppl dangling off it ready for fast roping.
good old meat wagon doesnt need improving lol
just put some afterburners on it and add some rocketpods while we're at it......
Lets improve it by letting it shake off tank rounds and avoiding dozens of AA missles.
Shame they have delayed the patch, but better released complete than still buggy I suppose.
P.S
$kelet0r your sig needs changing m8

Good thought, I think that would be a nice improvment.
There's such a change, but...ThomasMorgan wrote:

Something's missing.
They should make a vulnerable point in every vehicle as the gas chamber.
The helicopter should get exploded right up if a bullet hits right in there.
Same about tank when AT missile hits it.
You can only attach it to a static opject, like a building, bridge, woodshed..whatever, but not terrain or vehicles.=FDX=VEga wrote:
