A long while ago I earned the action combat ribbon, and it has yet to show up on my stats....other stats sites will show me that I have over 100% of the requirements, but still don't have the ribbon. Anyone have any suggestions?
if it doesn't show in the BFHQ tab, then you missed out. See the FAQ about that. First question I think.

This happened to me to but it was my SF ribbons [ the army ribbons].
It does not show up in my BFHQ tab, but I am 100% sure I have met the requirements for the ribbon(formitron.com). What would you recommend I do?

Did you earn it in-game? If you did, and it doesn't show up on BFHQ, then you'll have to do it again. I had to earn the tank ribbon 3 times before it showed.
Seems to be happening alot lately. I was playing with a friend that was going for his vet AT badge, and at the 6th game of achieving the 20 kill requirement, he finally received the badge.
yeah takes time, sometimes, time & time again, Keep trying & it will stick someday.
