Animal Cruelty: depends on the severity.  a few years in prison
Rape: long, long prison term
Grand Theft: a couple of years
Treason: death
Robbery: a couple of years
Child Molestation: life prison
Child Neglect: moderately lengthed prison term
Perjury: a year and/or probation?
Defacating in Public: clean that shit up and pay a fine
Streaking: fine
Possession of marijuana: please....
Possession of other narcotics besides marijuana: drug counseling/rehab, community service...any other punishment should go with the crimes a junky would normally commit
Driving under the influence: 1st offense, many years of probation and a fine.  repeat offense, mandatory jail time from a year to many years
Manslaughter: many years in prison
Destruction of Private Property: fine and civil action..depending on how the maliciously the property was damaged
Assisted Euthenasia: dont see a crime.

The legal system we have regarding punishments is ok though. It's just that Politicians and Celebrities have one set of punishments and we have another. We in the UK just need to sort out corruption on our Legal system. Make everyone equal in the eyes of a court, then I will fully respect the country and the Law. Make a politician who's done so much shit get away yet give someone who just stole a radio 10 years in prison. Then I will not respect the law. Simple.

Rape: 5 years +
